Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at nanwouoecom@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Send us a photo of the problem and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. No return is needed.

Change of mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to receive the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not shipped yet.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
